Job Summary
Accounting Manager to partner with the Controller and lead the full spectrum of financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; oversee AP/AR with automation; reconcile bank statements and GL accounts; assist in budgets and variance analysis; collaborate with tax teams and auditors; provide financial insights to senior management; track project costs for commercial renovations; support cash flow management and drive process improvements using technology.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- GAAP knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with data analytics or automation tools is a plus
