Job Summary
Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, manage month-end close, supervise three direct reports (AP Manager, AR Manager, Accounting Operations Supervisor), support audits and tax filings, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, collaborating across departments for accurate reporting, assisting with budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis, and supporting ERP implementations or upgrades. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory background, proficiency in NetSuite/SAP/QuickBooks/Oracle and Excel, and strong leadership and communication skills. Onsite in Orange, CA, Monday–Friday. Salary range $137,862–$168,498 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- CPA designation (strongly preferred)
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity
