Accounting Management Positions

Lead accounting operations for architecture, engineering, and construction clients, overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, general ledger activities, accounts payable/payable, billing/invoicing, budgeting/forecasting, and tax filings. Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and financial visibility; support audits and financial reviews; and act as a liaison with banks, CPAs, and external advisors. Roles may be hands-on or managerial depending on firm, with emphasis on project-based accounting workflows and strong GAAP knowledge. Requires accounting leadership experience in AEC environments and a Bachelor’s degree; experience with Deltek (Ajera/Vision/Vantagepoint) and Sage/CMiC platforms and advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational, detail-driven mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
