Job Summary
2-year Accounting Leadership Development Program (ALDP) in Walmart Finance. Rotations through Controllership and Audit teams across multiple functions, including Strategy, Operations, Merchandising, Treasury, Global Controller’s Office, Audit, Supply Chain, Marketing, Real Estate, and across Walmart US, Sam’s Club, International, or Corporate. You will gain broad accounting experience, participate in leadership development, and contribute to high-visibility projects. The program emphasizes helping senior leaders solve complex challenges, strengthening controls, improving processes, and delivering impact for customers and associates. You’ll experience culture-in-action by engaging with Walmart leaders, receive professional mentorship, and have access to technical training. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2–5 years in public accounting, audit, or related accounting roles; CPA preferred. The role offers exposure to senior leaders, performance-based development metrics, and a path toward accounting leadership within Walmart.”,
