Job Summary
Assist property accountants in financial reporting duties and prepare reconciliations of accounts. Support the corporate accounts payable function processes and efficiency, while helping the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance with ad hoc projects. Gain direct exposure to full-cycle real estate accounting and property and corporate operations by working alongside Accounts Payable and Property Accountants. This 17-week part-time internship begins in early September 2026 at $28/hr, offering candidates pursuing degrees in accounting or finance a chance to learn real-world practice in multifamily real estate operations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
