Job Summary
Accounting Intern role focusing on hands-on accounting tasks including credit application management, invoice processing, month-end close, and compliance. You will gain experience with Avalara tax lifecycle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), documenting and resolving discrepancies, reviewing procurement documentation, and preparing account reconciliations (Blackline) while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This 12-week, part-time internship (20-25 hours) is on-site in Austin, TX, starting Fall 2026, with duties across sales/use tax processes, inquiries handling, and support for financial reporting cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an accounting degree
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
- Exposure to Microsoft Office (Excel) and PowerBI/Tableau
