Job Summary
Accounting & Finance Systems Manager responsible for owning, administering, and evolving the NetSuite ERP stack across Veracity, Insurance Canopy, and InsCipher. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Technology leadership to translate business challenges into scalable system solutions; ensure platform stability, security, and governance; manage Sandbox/Production environments and integrations; drive automation and improvements in financial close, AP/AR, and expense management; coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners; provide training and user adoption to maximize finance systems maturity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration across multiple modules
- Experience managing ERP implementation/enhancement/projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of accounting/finance workflows (AP, AR, financial close, reporting)
- Experience administering supporting finance platforms (Ramp, Datarails, Brex, Adaptive or similar)
- Technical fluency in NetSuite customization/integration toolset (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk REST/SOAP, middleware, APIs)
- Proven internal consulting-style collaboration with business stakeholders across finance, ops, and technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Accounting/Finance or related; NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification preferred
