Job Summary
Own the full cycle recruiting process for accounting and finance roles, engaging, evaluating, and hiring top candidates while managing the inbound applicant pipeline. Identify passive job seekers using sourcing tactics, provide a seamless experience from application to offer, and drive the interview and closing process. Move the needle on recruitment activities to ensure candidates advance through the pipeline. This part-time, high commission-based role is fully remote from Canada and requires 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience
- experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for accountants, controllers, bookkeepers, managers and other accounting roles
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence with both candidates and hiring teams effectively and quickly
- Experience with applicant tracking systems sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
- Ability to set priorities and execute on commitments in an environment of ambiguity and constant change
