Job Summary
Accounting & Finance Recruiter supports accounting and finance leadership by managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, partnering with HR and hiring managers to execute diverse, compliant, candidate-focused strategies, representing Flex at recruitment events, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, screening and advising on labor market conditions, driving affirmative action and OFCCP/EEOC compliance, and leveraging systems like Workday Recruiting and Beamery to fill roles from entry-level to Senior Director levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 7+ years of full-cycle in-house, corporate recruitment experience preferably for accounting and finance roles
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate roles at all levels of seniority from entry-level up to Senior Director level
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and work effectively in an evolving environment, communicating effectively with hiring managers at the executive level, peers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized and work with a high sense of urgency
- Prior experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred
