Job Summary
Controller responsible for leading all accounting functions under the CFO, establishing and enforcing policies for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries, general ledger, internal controls, audits, and statutory reporting. Oversees Month End Close, WIP, and financial reporting; coordinates quarterly reviews, annual audits, and tax returns; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintains professional knowledge; leads teams supporting AP/AR, statutory reporting, tax, and treasury; protects confidential financial information and drives cash management and working capital. Requirements include Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA designation, and at least 10 years of accounting experience with supervisory experience; Master’s degree preferred; Health Care Sanctions background check.
