Job Summary
Accounting Director to lead Howard’s Hotel vertical, overseeing centralized financial systems for hospitality clients, directing a team of 30+ accounting professionals, and delivering senior-level advisory to founders and operators. Design and maintain financial processes, ensure accuracy and repeatable reporting, drive payroll control, multi-unit reporting, and cash flow visibility, and standardize processes to remove single points of failure while aligning with client needs and Howard’s standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior accounting roles
