Job Summary
Manage high-volume restaurant operations with a focus on consistency, presentation, and maintaining calm under increasing demands. Prioritize standing or walking for extended periods while remaining receptive to coaching and feedback. Ensure trustworthiness and a strong work ethic in all daily tasks within a fine dining establishment environment. Submit required documentation including reference letters, proof of university accreditation, academic status, and diplomas as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated or enrolled full-time in post-secondary education outside of the U.S. or graduated no more than 12 months prior to the program start date
- degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary institution and at least 1-year prior related experience outside the U.S.
- 5 years of experience in the field in which they are training
- Minimum age of 18
- intermediate to advanced English skills
- Passport with a minimum validity of 2 years from the date of application
- prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment
