Job Summary
Entry-level Accounting Coordinator to support the accounting team with basic financial/administrative tasks: entering financial transactions, maintaining records, supporting month-end close, responding to inquiries, verifying data, assisting with audits, and performing admin tasks related to accounting. Requires associate or bachelor degree (or in progress), 0–1 year accounting experience, Excel proficiency, and strong attention to detail. Hourly compensation: $30-$35.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
- 0 year of accounting, internship, or bookkeeping experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
