Accounting Coordinator

Job Summary
Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, review invoices and expense reports for accuracy, and prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts, maintain accurate financial records, monitor outstanding receivables, coordinate vendor payments, and generate financial reports for data analysis. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, support payroll processing, and help with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Work in a fast-paced environment with varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
