Job Summary
Process invoices for payment and prepare Accounts Receivable invoices for customer billing. Reconcile monthly Accounts Payable and Account Receivable aging reports with the trial balance, ensure proper General Ledger coding, and maintain daily sales records for the MVP Garage. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding past due invoices and discrepancies, assist with external and internal audits, and prepare annual reports. Deposit payments weekly and process checks on a running schedule. This role supports the finance department at Legends Global's MVP Arena, ensuring accurate financial tracking and vendor payments within established time limits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or related accounting role
- Knowledge of general and cost accounting
- Excellent math skills
- High aptitude for numerical data
- Communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational ability
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance
- Close vision
- Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
