Job Summary
Detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to oversee multi-site financial operations, manage full-cycle accounting across locations/entities, prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, quarterly reviews), support budgeting/forecasting, improve internal controls and workflows, coordinate with external CPA firms for tax filings, and serve as the primary financial contact for leadership and external partners. Requires hands-on accounting experience, multi-entity management, QuickBooks proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate financial status to executives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience
- bachelor's in accounting or related field is a plus
- Expert level of QuickBooks Desktop/Online Software
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll administration, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
