Job Summary
Accounting Coordinator responsible for recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and providing leadership for the organization’s financial functions. Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, review and reconcile POS reports, handle bank deposits and credit card statements, raise purchase orders, attend HOD meetings, manage chargebacks, coordinate with outsourced accounting firms, and provide accounting support across Zuma locations. Strong knowledge of GAAP, Excel, and accounting software, with attention to detail and experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
