Job Summary
Manage contract management, deferred revenue reconciliation, revenue adjustments, and month-end close across multiple entities. Create and maintain contracts in NetSuite, perform monthly reconciliations to resolve variances, and prepare revenue journals for timely closing. Handle revenue recognition for Advisory and Bespoke contracts, manage fulfillment activities, and update Salesforce opportunities with corresponding NetSuite contract numbers. Requires 3–6 years of revenue accounting experience, strong NetSuite and Salesforce proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Revenue Accounting, Contract Accounting, Financial Accounting, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularly contract management, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and journal entries
- Good understanding of revenue recognition principles and month-end closing activities
- Experience handling revenue adjustments, including contract terminations, reductions, amendments, and fund reallocations
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and perform reconciliations
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM/ERP systems and maintaining data accuracy across multiple platforms
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
