Accounting Consultant

Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple functional areas during the divestiture process, including assisting with technical and purchase accounting matters related to entity carve-outs. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clean, accurate financial reporting throughout the transition while rolling up sleeves to resolve accounting issues and fill gaps as priorities shift. This approximately two-month engagement offers the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role depending on the acquiring company's decision once the divestiture is finalized. The position requires onsite presence three days per week in Atlanta, GA.
