Job Summary
Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting processes while supporting Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation. Prepare and post journal entries, perform balance sheet account reconciliations, and aid in the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements. Manage Accounts Receivable activities and customer account management as assigned. Participate in ad hoc finance and accounting projects to support business operations. This role offers hands-on experience within ITW's North America Welding Industrial Platform, a Fortune 200 global manufacturing leader.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Senior-level undergraduate student or graduate student preferred
