Job Summary
Liaise with finance, accounting, sales, and customer success teams to manage ad-hoc requests, update customers on internal changes, and assist with billing, collections, and revenue reporting. Execute data cleanup exercises to enhance functional processes, post entries related to customer payments, and support sales tax projects while ensuring the accuracy of records and improving finance documentation organization. Maintain data integrity through precise entry and communication, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This co-op role offers exposure to diverse responsibilities within a collaborative team at Euna Solutions, a leader in cloud-based software for public sector organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Working toward your diploma or degree within the area of Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Must be enrolled in a Co-Op program
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
- A high level of accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills such as Microsoft office, with Intermediate Excel skills required
- Attention to detail, with accuracy in data entry and communication
