Job Summary
Conduct purchase order reconciliation, manage vendor invoices and disbursement filing, and assist in month-end close activities including journal entries and GL account coding. Match and file A/P invoices while classifying expenditure codes based on proper accounting standards. Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed to support the overall accounting function. Join the Corporate team at USA Clinics Group, a network of outpatient care centers, in a full-time on-site role in Northbrook, IL, earning $23.00-$27.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an Accounting position
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge and understanding of foundational accounting concepts
- Experience with GL accounts, month end close, and journal entries
- Familiar with excel spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Monday through Friday on-site
