Accounting Clerk

Reconcile and post daily deposits to the general ledger, stock new and used vehicle inventory, and assist with general ledger entries for billing. Submit and reconcile third-party warranty claims, process cancellations, manage lien payoffs, and post daily funding notices. Maintain accounting schedules, support month-end close for accounts receivable and payable, and comply with company policies. This role supports the dealership's exceptional car-buying and service experience.
