Job Summary
Maintain MSO for incoming vehicles, process duplicate MSO paperwork, and perform quarterly MSO and title audits. Transfer service and rental loaner units as required, conduct general ledger reconciliation, and review schedules for timely payoff corrections. Reconcile monthly CP handheld inventory reports, process inventory purchases including payoffs and equity checks, and handle dealer trades. Maintain LIFO records for auditors throughout the year while ensuring all records are handled with accuracy. A valid driver's license is required for this role within Schumacher Auto Group.
