Job Summary
Conduct project accounting and transactional activities, including time entry, labour and equipment reporting, cost allocations, and month-end processes. Support project billing and subcontract administration by preparing progress billings, maintaining contract documentation, processing subcontractor requirements, and tracking change management records. Assist with accounts receivable and cash management activities, including collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and cash flow reporting. Ensure compliance with financial controls, contractual obligations, union agreements, and applicable tax regulations across all project accounting activities. Partner with project and operations teams to support project setup, cost reporting, reconciliations, issue resolution, and the delivery of accurate financial information. This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma and 2–5 years of accounting or construction experience, with SAP proficiency preferred.
