Job Summary
Prepare and submit monthly cost reimbursement invoices and expenditure reports to contracting funders. Enter monthly accounts receivable into QuickBooks, monitor aging, and follow up as necessary. Review employer reimbursements for On the Job contracts, collect W-9s, and verify Federal ID numbers. Enter weekly account payable invoices, allocate expenditures to proper programs, prepare payments, print checks, and submit for signatures. Maintain paid invoices, vendor lists, and payments. Prepare payroll checks, file W-2s, and conduct monthly bank reconciliations. Update and print monthly unaudited financial positions for board meetings. Maintain agency equipment inventory and assist with CARF accreditation compliance. Work at the Oakland Headquarters location reporting to the Accounting Manager. Bilingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years experience in accounting or related field
