Job Summary
Manage vendor invoices through Bill.com, performing three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and invoices while ensuring compliance with internal controls. Process purchase requisitions, administer employee expense reporting via Expensify, and reconcile corporate credit card transactions. Generate customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable balances, and resolve billing discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entry preparation. Prepare recurring reports on accounts payable, receivable, purchasing, and expenses while supporting internal control initiatives and audit requests. This role partners closely with Accounting, Supply Chain, Sales, Shipping, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial records and efficient business processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Must be able to view and interpret detailed financial information on computer screens and printed documents
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks and managing multiple priorities
- The employee is expected to reside within reasonable driving distance of the facility in order to commute during normal business hours
