Job Summary
Accounting Clerk role at Morgan Auto Group in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities include data entry of vehicle information into the dealer computer system for both new and used vehicles, creating designated folders for support documents and titles, processing dealer trades and payments, handling used-vehicle wholesale billing, maintaining inventory-related schedules, processing product/vendor payments, posting vendor payment statements in the DMS, issuing sales tax refunds to customers, and maintaining related schedules. Qualities include proficient Excel skills (formulas and VLOOKUP), teamwork, integrity, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and experience with automotive software (Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP) preferred.
