Job Summary

Accounting Clerk (AR/Accounts Receivable) at Life Care Center of Leominster is responsible for all billing, collection of payments, and data management in a post-acute care facility. Prepare and submit billing for Medicare A & B and private insurance; record cash receipts; prepare bank deposits; maintain professional relationships and confidentiality; adhere to laws, regulations, and Life Care standards; proficient use of Word, Excel, and email; provide excellent customer service and work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Prior bookkeeping and healthcare-billing experience are preferred, with data-entry skills emphasized. This role requires physical ability to sit/stand and lift up to 20 lbs, and demonstrates integrity, compliance with policies, and ongoing professional conduct.
