Job Summary

Seasonal part-time Accounting Clerk needed to support the hotel's Finance team at The Hoxton, Downtown LA. Responsibilities include processing the Daily Hotel banking and deposits, completing daily Income Audit, resolving variances, processing Accounts Payable invoices with coding/approvals, reviewing Front Office guest ledgers and Sales ledgers for AR as needed, responding to guest queries and credit card inquiries, communicating variances to Finance leadership, and assisting with the implementation and development of accounting systems, policies and procedures. The role requires 1-2 years of hotel finance experience and bookkeeping or related experience; candidates should be organized, proactive, energetic, humble, and able to work positively with others. Compensation is $25.00 per hour (seasonal, part-time). The posting notes equal opportunity employment and E-verify participation.
