Job Summary
Accounting Clerk responsible for accounts receivable/payable, invoicing on Fieldglass, Ariba, Oracle, and OpenInvoice; AR aging reports; customer account maintenance; vendor setup and credit reference requests; cash posting duties; and supporting general accounting tasks and special projects. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to learn new systems, proficient MS Excel/Microsoft 365, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. Training provided for growth in accounting, finance, or business operations.
