Job Summary
Process and bill new and pre-owned vehicle sales while reviewing deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Verify contracts, rebates, incentives, taxes, and financing documentation to maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile vehicle deals. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure every transaction is completed accurately and on time, and assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. Dealership billing or automotive accounting experience is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of vehicle contracts, funding, and accounting processes preferred
