Accounting Automation Analyst

Job Summary
Lead automation initiatives across accounting operations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for system and process enhancements. Configure and support SAP solutions to streamline accounting processes. Partner with accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to implement scalable automation tools. Develop and maintain reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Assist with system integrations, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts. Support internal controls, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, IT, or related field, with 3+ years of accounting experience including SAP exposure
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration/customization and implementing automation solutions in accounting environments
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar) and familiarity with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
