Job Summary
The Accounting Associate will support senior staff with general accounting, bookkeeping, and clerical duties to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines. Responsibilities include accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, invoicing (customer and project-related), bank reconciliations, monitoring overdue payments, maintaining vendor files, assisting with building permits and related expenses, and contributing to department procedures. The role requires strong data entry, written and verbal communication, independence as well as collaboration with the team, and working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Business Central. Located in North Wales, PA, with in-person duties and company benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K with employer match, and more. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
- 1+ year(s) of Accounts Payable and general bookkeeping experience is required
