Job Summary
Proactive Accounting Associate to manage project financials from setup through reporting in an engineering environment. Responsibilities include project setup and billing, cost analysis, contract and compliance review, liaison and reporting, and process improvement. Requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, proficiency with accounting software and Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred: ERP experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. No visa sponsorship is offered. Equal opportunity employer.
