Accounting Associate

Job Summary
Review and approve all credit card transactions in the Ramp system, manage vendor databases including W9 verification, and input invoices for payment. Assist staff with Ramp-related inquiries while maintaining various accounts payable tasks and printing checks at the Brier Creek Office. Pull vendor and spending reports as needed to support the finance team. Perform miscellaneous accounting duties assigned by the Executive Director of Accounting and HR. Work 40 hours per week, with additional service required at church-wide events such as Easter and Christmas services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years experience in an accounting or finance position
- Critical thinker with proven record of process improvement
- Unquestionable integrity
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- A member of the Summit Church or willing and able to become a member
