Job Summary
Compile, categorize, and verify financial data while updating journals, ledgers, and general ledgers. Reconcile accounts, balance records, and generate financial reports using accounting data to resolve discrepancies. Prepare checks, payments, and bank deposits, matching purchase forms with invoices and tracking petty cash. Maintain electronic and physical records, file documents, and transmit information to colleagues or customers. Perform general administrative tasks and assist with month-end reporting procedures. Required Qualifications
