Job Summary
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and billing. Perform data entry to record financial transactions accurately into accounting software and spreadsheets. Reconcile bank accounts, maintain organized filing systems in a paperless environment, and track credit card receipts. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, create agendas, and take meeting minutes. Sort and deliver incoming mail, prepare bank deposits, order supplies, and run errands as needed. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hours potentially varying based on business needs. The candidate must have a high school diploma plus one year of accounting-related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a personal vehicle. A basic understanding of accounting principles is required, with familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage, and Concur being a plus.
