Job Summary
Accounting and Reporting Analyst – Intercompany role focused on supporting AR and/or credit activities, managing and analyzing intercompany data, and ensuring accurate financial reporting with ICoFR compliance. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end closing, posting intercompany journal entries, accruals, FX impact management, intercompany matching and reconciliations, intercompany payment settlements, and contributing to process improvements within Accounts Receivable. Requires strong SAP FICO and MS Excel skills, 1–3 years of analyst experience, and a bachelor's/master’s in finance or accounting. Onsite in Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master’s in finance or accounting
- 1–3 years experience for analysts
- Functional Skills: Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR), General Ledger (GL), Accruals and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Technical Skills: SAP FICO and MS Excel
- Process: Month-end closing, intercompany settlements (IC Matching)

- Proficiency in SAP FICO
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- End-to-end month-end closing experience
- Experience with intercompany settlements and IC matching

- Experience in accounting/finance roles (1–3 years)
