Job Summary
Accounting and Reporting Analyst responsible for supporting accounts receivables and/or credit activities, managing and analyzing record-to-report data, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Tasks include performing general accounting activities, applying classification and recoding techniques, executing quality checks on financial reporting data, contributing to ICoFR compliance, assisting with data gathering/entry and basic financial analysis to ensure integrity of financial statements. Role involves coordination with Business, Treasury and Payroll teams to resolve issues, and participation in knowledge transfers to standardize processes across clusters. Reports to Accounting & Reporting Manager - General Accounting; work model onsite in Bengaluru, India.
Required Qualifications
- Accounting Operations & Oversight: monitored and managed activities for assigned countries/clusters; ensured accurate recording of general accounting transactions
- Collaboration & Reconciliation: coordinated with Business, Treasury, and Payroll teams to resolve unallocated transactions; reviewed reconciled GL accounts
- Transition & Standardization: supported knowledge transfers from transitioning countries to Bangalore; worked toward standardizing accounting processes across responsible clusters
