Job Summary
Accounting and Reconciliation Specialist responsible for supporting account receivables and/or credit activities, performing general accounting activities, executing account reconciliations, and conducting data analysis to support financial reporting. Will participate in month-end close, provide reporting for stakeholders, assist during audits, and contribute to maintaining accounting standards. Requires strong SAP experience and ability to train/coach others, with a proven track record in end-to-end R2R processes and cross-functional collaboration to meet stakeholder requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years operational experience in General Accounting
- A proven team player
- Expertise in the end-to-end R2R Process, involving Intra-Group area
- Working knowledge of SAP
