Job Summary
Accounting and Finance Manager responsible for leading accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting support, internal controls, and regulatory/compliance activities. Key duties include managing month-end and year-end closes, performing detailed financial analysis and forecasting, developing budgets with leadership, coordinating audits, and providing actionable insights through dashboards and KPI reporting. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, financial systems proficiency (ERP), and proven leadership in a healthcare-adjacent financial environment; collaboration with CFO and department leaders to drive process improvement and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Four (4) years of accounting or finance experience
