Job Summary
Accounting Analyst role focused on senior-level ownership of close and reporting processes, including month-end/year-end activities, journal entries, reconciliations, management reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and automation. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, ability to handle large data sets, and independent, detail-oriented work ethic. Onsite in Elkhart, IN, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with emphasis on accurate data handling, cash and vendor-relation responsibilities, and turning activity into actionable leadership updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in accounting, accounts payable, or financial analysis
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel and comfort with large data sets
- Detail-driven, organized, and able to work independently while elevating the team
