Job Summary

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, trend, and cost analysis, to identify key drivers and provide actionable insights. Manage organizational costs in assigned cost centers through strategic contract and expense management. Prepare and distribute accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Assist in developing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making and long-term planning. Improve accounting and financial operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. Project manage finance operation projects from initiation to successful conclusion. Collaborate with departments to gather feedback and financial data, and perform ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience
  • 1+ year of experience in accounting analysis, reporting, budgeting and/or forecasting
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
