Accounting Analyst

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end accounting processes for the local legal entity and Latin America countries, executing transactions such as journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations while ensuring general ledger integrity. Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, preparing variance explanations and supporting Group reporting packages. Act as the primary contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and group finance policies. Provide financial analysis inputs and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Hybrid position in São Paulo with a university degree in Accounting required, alongside full proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting
- Full working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese
- Intermediate English
- Around 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative activities

- Previous experience in an international environment
- SAP knowledge
- Well-developed communication skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work with varied tasks/responsibilities
- Problem-solving, ability to take initiative and act proactively
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
