Job Summary
Accounting Analyst II responsible for supporting general accounting operations and financial reporting, including ledger reconciliation, preparation and analysis of financial statements (balance sheets and P&L), capital expenditure schedules, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of accounting processes and statutory reporting; collaborates with cross-functional teams and applies standard procedures to resolve routine problems; emphasizes independence and teamwork while leveraging enterprise AI tools to support workflows and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Accounting-related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to analyze and explain account balances beyond system-generated data
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be independent yet a strong team player
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
