Job Summary
Accounting Analyst II position responsible for end-to-end finance support including invoice processing, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly reporting; partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial results, variance explanations, and timely corporate deliverables; provides local support for Accounts Receivable shared services and ensures SOX-related activities are performed in accordance with procedures, coordinating changes and assisting with audits. The role uses JD Edwards 9.1 for monthly and quarterly reporting, supports payroll-related accruals, balance sheet reconciliation, and ad-hoc analysis to streamline data entry and reporting. The Winchester, KY location is a flagship US manufacturing site with end-to-end finance responsibilities. The Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of accounting experience in manufacturing, with strong Excel/ERP skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum one year of General Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with accounts payable
- JD Edwards ERP experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
