Job Summary
Accounting Analyst to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by preparing journal entries and supporting schedules; perform general ledger account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies; assist with internal and external financial reporting; collaborate with AP/AR, fixed asset, and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial records; ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS as applicable); assist with audits and documentation; participate in system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy; track and analyze key accounting metrics and variances; maintain organized records in alignment with retention policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting; manufacturing or automotive industry experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional-level English fluency
