Job Summary
Accounting Analyst at Coveo responsible for accounting, disclosure, and budgeting related to share-based compensation and equity transactions; contribute to government tax credit and grant applications; turn financial data into actionable insights via ad hoc reporting and analyses; support statutory and tax compliance for international subsidiaries across Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, and beyond; collaborate with multiple teams to address reporting and compliance needs; participate in cross-functional projects to strengthen and scale finance operations; drive opportunities to automate and optimize processes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of accounting experience in public practice or industry
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent education and experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to balance recurring monthly accounting activities with multiple ongoing projects
