Accounting Analyst

Job Summary
Responsible for providing general accounting and reporting services across Asia Pacific, London and Australia, including settling payables and invoicing, entering accruals, performing month-end reconciliations, accounting for secondary costs and hedge instruments, supporting SOX controls and audits, and handling ad-hoc inquiries from Charterers, Voyage Managers, Traders, and Schedulers. Works with Finance teams and external auditors, supports balance sheet reconciliations, and assists in executing team work plans. Partners with Manila Midstream Accounting Leadership to ensure controls, conformance with corporate requirements, and continuous improvement. Strong emphasis on SAP/JDE general accounting, intercompany processes, and cross-functional collaboration; offers a hybrid work model with remote days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum of 10 years overall work experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
- Propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment
- Preferred: SAP/JDE General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process exposure
